Edgewood’s Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation creates essential support services for the social and emotional well-being of children in our community. We work with preschool staff as well as parents and caregivers to understand and meet the needs of young children struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges.
What Services do you offer?
Our Early Childhood Mental Health Program is designed to offer comprehensive programming to address and treat the mental health challenges of young children. We offer a wide range of services including:
- On-site observation and consultation
- Intervention modeling
- Social skills groups
- Teacher trainings
- Resource referrals
Our extraordinary team is also here for families and caregivers. We work with your specific needs to identify the best resources for assessment, services, and any additional information you may need.
Who is this for?
Our Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation services are intended for the families and caregivers of young children aged 0 to 5 who are struggling with mental or behavioral challenges. We also offer capacity building and training for preschool staff and teachers.
