State of Mind Podcast: Interview with CEO Lynn Dolce

We want to send a huge thank you to the #StateofMindPodcast for recently interviewing our CEO, Lynn Dolce. Thank you Raquel Mazon Jeffers from the The Nicholson Foundation and Melissa Bailey from Bowling Business Strategies for such an engaging conversation!

Episode Description:
Raising small children is hard enough, but the COVID-19 pandemic compounded parenting’s physical and emotional intensity. Parents are dealing with increased financial pressures, increased demands on their time and attention, especially if they are trying to work in the face of limited child care or school.

Young children need opportunities to develop strong healthy attachments. Supporting parents’ own mental health is key to their ability to support their children. Our guest is Lynn Dolce, CEO of Edgewood Center for Children and Families in San Francisco, and a trained Marriage and Family Therapist. Lynn has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in children’s mental health and was instrumental in the creation of the trauma-informed system of care curriculum now considered a national model for organizational change.
