Anil Awasti joined Edgewood as Senior Director of Human Resources in October of 2017. He has been working in the non-profit world since he was in college and graduate school.
Prior to arriving at Edgewood, Anil worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of San Francisco. Along with his daily duties, Anil provided coaching and consulting to managers and directors to assist them in refining their people skillset. His people-centered approach has led him to work towards increasing employee engagement in his various HR roles.
Anil holds a BA in Liberal Studies, an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and an MBA with a concentration in HR Management. He is passionate about improving organizational systems and efficacy through its human capital.
