Ms. McCallum has been with Edgewood Center since 2004 first with the Kinship Support Network as a Case Manager, then Case Management Supervisor, Program Manager, Program Director, and in 2017, Executive Director for the San Mateo regional operations. As a part of her role with the Kinship Support Network, she oversaw the technical support services and provided training for the 19 other county Kinship Support Service Programs in California.
Ms. McCallum transitioned into the role of Director of Operations, in 2014. In that role, she managed the internal support teams and coordinates projects with the regional programs, HR, IT, QA, and Learning & Development. She sits on the following committees: Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Contractors’ Association and East Palo Alto/East Menlo Park Community Services Area Committee. Ms. McCallum is one of the agency’s certified Trauma 101 trainers.
