Lynn Dolce is the Chief Executive Officer of Edgewood, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to serving youth, and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, and systemic barriers. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, education, and social services, Lynn is a champion for equity, innovation, and community-driven care.
Under her leadership, Edgewood has expanded its trauma-informed services across the Bay Area, deepening its commitment to culturally responsive programs that promote healing and resilience. Lynn’s strategic vision has helped secure critical public and private partnerships, bringing sustainable resources to some of the region’s most underserved populations.
A family therapist by training, she has been recognized in the San Francisco Bay Area as a leader in the field of children’s mental health. Ms. Dolce previously served as the Director for Foster Care Mental Health at the San Francisco Department of Public Health where she provided exemplary leadership overseeing all behavioral health services for children and their families.
She is the co-founder of the San Francisco Department of Public Health Trauma Informed System of Care curriculum (TIS) that is now considered a SAMHSA-endorsed national model for organizational change. Ms. Dolce also developed and advanced an APA-approved multicultural clinical training program for doctoral students interested in pediatric mental health services for children at UCSF, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. In partnership with the San Francisco General Hospital Departments of Pediatrics and Psychiatry, she developed and oversaw outpatient mental health services. She served on the clinical faculty at UCSF until 2020. She lives in San Francisco with her wife and is the proud parent of two grown sons.
