At CAPS, we recognize that the path to well-being is unique for every family. Our therapeutic services are built on an integrative model, moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to deliver highly personalized and expert-level care. Our therapists draw from a deep reservoir of evidence-based practices—including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and systemic therapies—to craft a treatment plan tailored precisely to your child’s, young adult’s, or family’s specific needs and dynamics.
