Chrystal Ellis Sweazey is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 13 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, education, and arts organizations. She is known for aligning people strategy with organizational mission, advancing equity-centered practices, and cultivating inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. Chrystal holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, is SHRM-CP certified, and is completing an MBA in Organizational Management. She serves on the Board of Directors for the California School-Age Consortium and brings a thoughtful, values-driven approach to organizational leadership. Throughout her career, Chrystal has led large-scale workforce growth, modernized HR systems, and strengthened organizational infrastructure in service of communities, with a deep commitment to supporting youth, families, and mission-driven organizations.
