Kristen is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of senior and executive leadership experience driving organizational growth, particularly within children’s health and social services. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Development at the Children’s Eye Foundation, where she led transformative revenue growth, advanced strategic marketing and programmatic initiatives, and cultivated high-performing volunteer boards and committees.

Her distinguished career includes leadership roles at premier institutions such as UCSF Health and Harvard University. A lifelong advocate for children and families, Kristen has supported youth through individual tutoring, arts-based therapeutic programs, and board service with a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to improving hospital experiences for pediatric patients.

She is deeply inspired by Edgewood’s evidence-based, outcomes-driven, and compassionate approach to youth mental health care. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, a Master of Education from Harvard University, and an MBA from Simmons University.
