Behavioral Health Outpatient Program

Guiding San Francisco youth, ages 4-18, toward resilience and well-being through community-based mental health services.

Behavioral Health Outpatient Program

The Behavioral Health Outpatient Program delivers comprehensive, community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families throughout San Francisco. Our mission is to enhance accessibility to outpatient care for individuals experiencing mild to moderate behavioral health challenges. Treatment is delivered in the most supportive and accessible environments, including schools, family homes, and community settings (or telehealth as needed), to reduce barriers to care and promote client engagement.

The program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of San Francisco’s youth and strengthening our community by increasing access to critical, mental health services. Through our community-based, family-focused, and strength-oriented model, we empower clients to achieve their individualized behavioral health goals across home, school, and the community.

By providing consistent, evidence-based support, our program equips youth with the necessary skills to manage their symptoms, build resilience, and pursue a path toward long-term success and self-sufficiency.

Recognizing that healing and growth occur most effectively in comfortable and supportive environments, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in the settings where support is most urgently required. To ensure accessibility and to provide support within the natural contexts of daily life, services are flexibly delivered in person or via telehealth as needed, in the office, home, school, and/or community-based settings in San Francisco.
