Outpatient Mental Health Services

Edgewood offers mental healthcare services for transitional-age youth, ages 18-25, through its Outpatient Therapy Clinic.

“Coming to the Drop-In Center helped me get back on my feet when I felt like I had nowhere else to go. They didn’t just offer resources—they listened, they cared, and they helped me believe in myself again. It was the first place I felt safe in a long time.”

Services for Young Adults

We offer support and guidance for transitional age youth through a variety of mental healthcare services and wrap-around support.

Outpatient Mental Health Services

Our clinicians are experienced working with diverse populations and complex cases. We teach healthy ways to manage stress and emotions and how to build resilience in the face of difficult circumstances. Our services include:

  • In-person or virtual services
  • Outpatient therapy
  • Individual, family, & group therapy sessions
  • Testing & assessment services

Leaving Foster Care

If you are a young adult transitioning out of foster care in San Mateo or San Francisco county, we can help you with mental health support, job readiness, and life skills.

Transitional Age Youth programming cares for young people at risk of hospitalization or incarceration. Wraparound services are offered in partnership with San Mateo county.

Housing Program Plus assists young adults exiting foster care on or after their 21st birthday with housing and independent living skills.
